Facebook not allowing someone to comment
If a shopper is getting an error like this:
These are Facebook-specific errors that have nothing to do with SoldLive. But the following links might help you and your shoppers troubleshoot them:
If they cannot comment on your FB Business post, then the app will obviously also not be able to DM them with their invoice.
If the above links do not help, the workaround is to have these shoppers directly message you with the number. And that will trigger a reply from your FB Business page as if they had commented.
