Clicking on a variant option button does nothing
If your product has variant options, and the shopper just comments the number, they'll be prompted to click on one of the buttons for the option variants:
If they click it and nothing happens, then this likely means another app (ex ManyChat) is interfering with SoldLive's ability to respond.
To fix this, you'll need to set SoldLive as the default app for Conversation Routing:

Go to your Page settings > New Pages Experience -> Advanced Messaging and click Configure in the Handover Protocol section:
Then set "SoldLive" as the Primary receiver:
