Clicking on a variant option button does nothing

If your product has variant options, and the shopper just comments the number, they'll be prompted to click on one of the buttons for the option variants:

If they click it and nothing happens, then this likely means you have HOP (Handover Protocol) enabled on your FB Business page. This is interfering with the SoldLive app's ability to continue the conversation with your shopper.

Go to your Page settings > New Pages Experience -> Advanced Messaging and click Configure in the Handover Protocol section:

Then set "SoldLive" as the Primary receiver:
