Hiding products from search

For products that you sell in your live, you might want to hide them from your store's search. To do that, select the products you want to hide from your PRODUCTS tab and click the Hide/Unhide button:

Note this does not remove the product from any collections from your store. So if you have a link to the product from one of your collection pages or your homepage, you will want to remove the product from the collection as well to completely hide it.

This Hide feature simply makes the unsearchable from your store's search bar. It's one of a few different ways to prevent shoppers from buying directly from your website instead of through your live.

Searching for 'hidden' will return all products that you previously hid from your store's search:

This lets you unhide them in bulk if desired.
